I’m dr. rebecca caldwell,

and I’m a big believer in growing through the hard times. But I also know this: sometimes you just need a little relief.

I’m so grateful for my education as a psychologist, and how it has given me tools and knowledge to work with and through suffering. There are some things you can do that actually help.

So many problems are figure-out-able with persistence and the right know-how. I offer gold-standard psychotherapies and treatments based on the most up-to-date neuroscience and psychotherapy research.

We can often make a big improvement in your sleep with short-term therapy, and if you have trouble with anxiety or depression we can usually make that better while we’re at it!
